Hi, I’m Jodi—part product, part strategy, part tech—all in on customer experience.

I lead and inspire top-notch teams to build innovative products, connecting the dots between design, customer insight, and business goals.

education. I was pre-med freshman year at Penn, and after a year realized—that wasn’t me. After a minor existential crisis, I landed on an interdisciplinary path, studying Applied Math in Computer Graphics with a minor in Psychology. At CMU, I earned a Master’s in Interaction Design—at the time, I didn’t realize that being an uncategorizable mix of tech, design, and psych would eventually become a thing.

career. I synthesize design, human factors, and technology to craft innovative experiences. From early work in computer graphics and color desktop publishing to mobile computing and 3D printing, I've embraced emerging technologies to design products that anticipate user needs and drive business results.

a few things i love. in no particular order. my daughter. my family (including my dogs). the ocean. cooking healthy, tasty food (this includes peanut butter). discovering patterns. working on my handstands and all things yoga. art. music. words. color theory. making people feel seen. serendipity. (also: a well-tamed spreadsheet.)

what's next. I guide cross-functional teams to create innovative products through human-centered design, grounded in user research and rapid iteration—turning customer experience into a competitive advantage. I'm looking for my next adventure—whether that's a full-time leadership role or strategic advisory work—with teams who believe great design elevates how things work and how they feel.
