As Co-Founder and Customer Experience Officer at gloss48, I built a digital marketplace connecting undiscovered beauty brands with beauty lovers (including me). In just five weeks, I launched a proof-of-concept site—securing nearly $1M in funding and earning a spot in the PayPal Start Tank incubator. Managing both creative and technical partners, I led a rapid development process, taking us from concept to full launch in six months. This experience honed my ability to lead lean teams through ambiguity, test concepts on the fly, and build compelling digital experiences.
